Friendly staff! Clean facility! Great location!

Individual breakfast ordering service in morning vs a buffet. Was nice to place an individual/personal order for morning breakfast (6:30a - 9:30a) but during the morning rush service with only one Server the ordering would back up creating a long wait of guests to place & receive their orders. But once served food was good. The room was sufficient and the beds comfortable.

The staff were exceptional. My experience was the people who are from Jamaica were so polite & accommodating. Then when I decided to get dinner there, I was so surprised how good it was. I have to say that I'm picky about dirty martinis & the ones that the Jamaican girl made were very good. I can't say that about most hotel restaurants.

The location is convenient and the hotel is newer.

I had a lot of issues with my stay from power outages to poor staffing issues however, I very much enjoyed the room it’s self. I am just very disappointed in the experience I had!
